Jad Tariq Single Covers
JAD TARIQ, A MEMPHIS-BASED RHYTHM & BLUES GUITARIST/VOCALIST, IS MAKING WAVES IN THE NATIONAL MUSIC SCENE. PRIMARILY PERFORMING IN THE JUMP BLUES IDIOM, JAD'S GUITAR STYLE IS CHARACTERIZED BY A SWINGING JAZZ RHYTHM THAT MERGES SEAMLESSLY WITH THE RAW EMOTIONAL INTENSITY OF THE BLUES.

THE DESIGN INSPIRATION AND CONCEPT
Prior to the release of ‘Jad Tariq Sings…’ (album cover designed by me), Jad needed to release a series of singles.
All of the following single covers are inspired by the nostalgic charm of blues, rock ‘n’ roll, and early R&B album covers of the late 1940s through the 1950s.
All photos and design by Logan Schaal.
