THE DESIGN INSPIRATION AND CONCEPT

CNDRADIKTION, was looking for new branding and specifically a new logo. He gave me a lot of freedom to design as I wished, so I went with a modern and minimalistic look. I wanted to play off of his name by adding contrast to the design in several places. I started by determining that the color scheme would be a stark white vs black. Outlining the second half of the type and leaving the first half un-outlined, also added contrast. To further divide the two halves of the logo, I created a slash across the center to add a slight edginess to the aesthetic. I feel that the slash element is what makes the design stand out and more unique.
